What We Do

At Carver Group International (CGI), we assist you in developing a Business Continuity Plan to be able to ensure operations and essential business functions during disasters.

Disasters or disruptive incidents may include natural disasters, (earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, flooding), supply chain disruptions, or man-made disasters (civil unrest, terror attacks, cyber attack or violence). At CGI we will work with you to develop a strategic plan with the goal of maintaining your business operations prior, during and after disasters.

A Business Continuity Plan is a proactive approach to support prevention and mitigation efforts as well as reduce overall operational impact from incidents. CGI will review and enhance your resiliency while engaging with your leadership as well as any/all internal and external stakeholders. We will assess, develop, implement, and exercise your plan. We will then work to close any gaps or opportunities for improvement.
