Business Income Valuation and Assessment

This service is comprised of a comprehensive Business Interruption assessment that assesses BI risk at a single site location.

• Identifies site revenue and income profile to support the business interruption risk potential.
• Identifies key business processes and their integration with revenue production.
• Assesses the level of interdependency with other locations and operations.
• Evaluates make-up capabilities and capacity within the organization.
• Develops risk improvements related to business impact loss potential.

Interdependency Evaluation and Assessment 

The Interdependency Assessment offering provides an evaluation   of the key relationships that there are between wholly-owned business networks when more than a single location plant or operation is integral to the final production of goods or services. 

CGI will identify the relationships and risks of:

• Upstream and downstream interdependencies between departments, operations, sister plants, etc. 
• Develop disruption potential for interdependent locations.
• Services include consideration and quantification of risk mitigation options and can serve as a foundation for a focused Business Impact Analysis (BIA).

Make-Up Capacity Evaluation and Assessment 

Make-Up Capacity is the number of goods/services that can be produced using an alternate location. This location may be within the company’s properties or at a third-party location. 

CGI will evaluate:

• Normal/Peak Productive Capacities.
• Quantification of Alternative Production.
• Assessment of Lag Time for Logistics, Equipment Re-Tooling, Material/Supplies.
• Availability of Equipment, Staffing, and Logistic requirements to “enable” sister manufacturing at alternate locations.
• Potential 3rd party support for make-up.
• Ramp-up time for alternative production start-up.
